Product Description:
Engineering Nylon: PA66, PA6 Plastic granules
For our Reinforced Nylon series, it avaliable for PA66 or PA6 with glass fiber range from 10% to 60%, for PA66 or PA6 with carbon
fiber range from 10%-50%.

It has outstanding mechanical strength and good toughness;
It with high heat resistance performance, and good dimensional stability;
It has high flexibility performance in the low temperature: Minus 40 degrees Celsius condition;
For flame retardant propert, it reach V0 standard;
It has high CTI value , excellent electrical insulation, low smoke and low toxicity characteristics.

Advantages for PA6 gf:
Mechanical property, dimension stability, heat resistance and ageing resistance is obviously improved; Fatigue resistance is 2.5
times as the normal polyamide PA6.

Applications for PA6 gf:
Inlet manifold of automobile engine, radiator tank parts, motor cover, tire cover, tension wheel, cooling fan, jetting machine
accessories, electronics, connection terminal, disconnector, bearing cage, power tools cover, high performance gear, coil
skeleton, textile accessories and so on.
PA66 plastic has a higher melting point in polyamide materials. It is a semi-crystalline-crystalline material. PA66 also maintains strong strength and stiffness at higher temperatures. PA66 plastic remains hygroscopic after molding, the extent of which depends primarily on material composition, wall thickness, and environmental conditions. In product design, the effect of hygroscopicity on geometric stability must be considered. In order to improve the mechanical properties of PA66, various modifiers are often added. Glass is the most common additive, and sometimes synthetic rubber is added to improve impact resistance.
PA66 plastic is less viscous and therefore flows well (but not as good as PA6). This property can be used to process very thin components. Its viscosity is sensitive to temperature changes. The shrinkage rate of PA66 is between 1% and 2%. Adding glass fiber additives can reduce the shrinkage rate to 0.2% to 1%. The difference in shrinkage in the flow direction and the direction perpendicular to the flow direction is larger.
