Aliphatic polyamide is a kind of chemical structure with semicrystalline granules as its Appearance. Its density is 1.14 g/cm3, and the melting point is 220°C. Its softening point is 80°C, and the water absorption is 5%. Moreover, the moisture content is ≤0.1%. Molecular weight is 20000-30000, and the tensile strength is ≥55 MPa. The tensile modulus is ≥2500 MPa, while the elongation at break is ≥50%. On the other hand, its flexural strength is ≥80 MPa, and the flexural modulus is ≥2500 MPa. Furthermore, the hardness of rockwell R scale is ≥105, and the Izod impact strength is ≥10 kJ/m2. Additionally, its thermal index is ≥80°C, and the processing temperature is 210-240°C. The processing moisture content is ≤0.04%.

Packing and Shipping:
